UseUse 1. ABT199 Intermediate 1 is a precursor substance of ABT199 that synthesizes anti-cancer drugs and can be used as a pharmaceutical intermediate. 2, 4-((2-(4-chlorophenyl)-4, 4-dimethyl-1-cyclohexene) methyl) piperazine dihydrochloride is an intermediate used to prepare venetoclax (Venetoclax). It is an effective selective BCL-2 inhibitor with strong anti-tumor activity while retaining platelets. Venetoclax (Venetoclax) is used to treat chronic lymphocytic leukemia cells and estrogen receptor positive breast cancer.
